About Kasia Biernacka
My Why
Successful on the outside, running on empty inside.
I remember a conversation with my psychologist. I was utterly exhausted, and she said: “You need to start looking for things that give you energy. Even very simple ones. Singing in the car with the radio, for example.” And I thought: God… I can’t remember the last time I felt like singing in the car. I was living the life I had wanted — a career, responsible roles, children, travel, an international life, people I liked. Somewhere along the way I had lost the simplest, most spontaneous joy. And that is the insidious part: you get used to your own tiredness. It grows slowly, until you take it for normal.
Not sure where to start? See the diagnostic — €29 (15 minutes, a personal report by email) or book a free 30-minute conversation: we discuss what brought you here, look at your report if you have one, and decide whether further support would help.
Since I was a child, I felt innate drive to make those around me feel happier and more fulfilled in their lives. It wasn’t just empathy—it was a deep understanding of people’s unspoken struggles, dreams, and fears. This intuition guided me through every phase of my life, both personally and professionally, and became the heart of why I do what I do today.
Who I Am:
I’m not just a psychologist with two decades of experience or a business leader who has shaped organizational cultures and guided teams toward growth and success.
I’m a wife, a mom, a survivor, a traveller, a foreigner, and a believer in the incredible power of the human spirit. My path has taken me from the boardrooms of multinational companies to the depths of my own soul, and it’s this unique blend of heart and expertise that makes my approach different.
My journey has been far from easy. I’ve faced life’s storms, from personal traumas to professional challenges, but each of these experiences taught me that personal and professional success are deeply intertwined, and that true fulfillment comes from aligning who we are with what we do.
I have learnt something profound: we are capable of far more than we believe. No matter the obstacles or setbacks, we all have an extraordinary capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation.
I’ve seen firsthand how people can rediscover their strength, joy, and purpose—even when they feel completely lost or the outside world seem to be against them.
This is the gift I want to share with you: the way and the power to tap into your potential, navigate life’s complexities, and create a path toward a happier, more fulfilled life, regardless of the challenges around you.
Today, I want to be this guide for you.
Where that comes from: twenty years inside corporate HR and leadership — Bridgestone EMIA, AXA, the European Climate Foundation — a psychology degree, MIT neuroscience, and the LOAD Model™ I built from all of it. The full timeline is further down.
How I work
What working on a pattern can look like
You finish work, but keep checking messages because leaving someone waiting feels irresponsible. We look at what drives that response, choose one boundary you can realistically test, and review what happens when you try it.
That is the whole method: not more advice, one pattern at a time, tested in your real week. It starts with the diagnostic so we work on the pattern that is actually yours.
“Kasia guided me through a challenging period in my personal life with great professionalism and empathy. She quickly gets to the heart of the matter and provides clear, practical tools that I could immediately apply.”
